Ofgem approved a £642.1 million funding package for National Grid Electricity Transmission’s Bramford-to-Twinsted project in East Anglia. After scrutinising proposed costs, the regulator cut £60.6 million from the allowance requested by NGET and said it will continue to scrutinise spending through the relevant regulatory routes.
