OGE Energy names former Devon Energy CEO Rick Muncrief to board

OGE Energy elected Richard (Rick) E. Muncrief to its board, effective Aug. 1, 2026.
Muncrief is set to serve until the May 13, 2027 annual meeting, when he is expected to stand for shareholder approval.
He will join the nominating, corporate governance and stewardship committee, as well as the audit committee.
Muncrief previously led Devon Energy as president, CEO, and director following its merger with WPX Energy, retiring in March 2025.
He earlier served as CEO and chairman of WPX Energy, and also held a senior vice president role at Continental Resources.
