Ohmyhome announces extraordinary shareholder meeting
OMH•Ohmyhome will hold an extraordinary shareholder meeting in Singapore on Oct. 26, 2026, to vote on a possible company name change and moving its incorporation to the British Virgin Islands.
1. Meeting agenda
Shareholders will consider renaming the company to Ohmyswift or another board-approved name, and migrating its incorporation to the British Virgin Islands, including adopting new governing documents. The meeting may be adjourned to seek additional shareholder support if needed.
