Ohmyhome finds 9.2% of Singapore resale condo sales below S$1 million in January-September 2026
OMH•Ohmyhome found 510 Singapore condominium resales below S$1 million in January-September 2026, about 9.2% of the 5,557 transactions analyzed.
1. Below-budget sales
The 510 sales spanned 123 developments, with 435 transactions in the Outside Central Region. Most homes were compact: 350 measured less than 600 square feet, and the median size was about 527 square feet.
2. Larger homes
Some qualifying homes exceeded 1,000 square feet at Melville Park and Orchid Park Condominium. Their 99-year leases began in 1992 and 1991, respectively.
