Oil-Dri entered into ninth amendment to credit agreement
ODC•Oil-Dri increased its revolving line of credit with BMO Harris to $100 million, allowed for up to $125 million in additional revolving credit, removed a $100 million permitted-acquisitions threshold and increased Prudential shelf notes to $150 million.
1. Credit agreement changes
Oil-Dri Corporation of America entered into a ninth amendment to its credit agreement. The amendment increases its BMO Harris revolving line to $100 million, allows up to $125 million in additional revolving credit, removes the $100 million permitted-acquisitions threshold and raises the amount of shelf notes purchasable by Prudential to $150 million.
