Oil jumps as US, Iran intensify attacks in Middle East

SINGAPORE, July 20 (Reuters) - Oil prices jumped more than 3% on Monday, with Brent surpassing $90 a barrel, as the United States and Iran intensified attacks in the Middle East that have curbed energy shipments in the Strait of Hormuz.
Brent crude futures LCOc1 climbed $2.75, or 3.12%, to $90.85 by 2202 GMT while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude CLc1 was at $85.05 a barrel, up $2.56, or 3.10%.
