Oklo names Alexandra Renner chief product officer in executive officer slate update

Oklo appointed five executives effective July 27, 2026, including Chief Product Officer Alexandra Renner, Chief of Staff John Hanson, and General Counsel Vivek Narayanadas.

Engineering lead Erik Lassen, a former Joby Aviation executive, was named senior vice president of Engineering, and former National Grid controller Michael Dixon became vice president, Accounting and principal accounting officer.

Renner has led product since May 2024, previously ran licensing, worked as an engineer, and earlier held reactor roles at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Hanson has served as chief of staff since May 2024, previously led special projects, and earlier was a DOE graduate research fellow at MIT.

Narayanadas has been general counsel since October 2025, previously led legal at the company, and earlier held senior in-house roles at Maven Clinic, MetaMap, and Shopify.
