Old Republic declares quarterly dividend of $0.315 a share

- Old Republic International declared a regular quarterly dividend of 31.5 cents a share for 2026’s third quarter.
- Payment is set for Sept. 15, 2026 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 4, 2026.
- The annualized payout is implied at $1.26 a share, versus $1.16 in 2025, an 8.6% increase.
- The company said the move marks the 45th straight year of regular dividend increases, extending an 85-year run of uninterrupted regular dividends.
