2. Subsidiary Renaming
Operating companies including PMA Companies, BITCO Insurance Companies, Great West Casualty Company, Old Republic Specialty Insurance Underwriters, Old Republic Home Protection and Old Republic Insured Automotive Services have been renamed Old Republic Commercial Risk, Old Republic Bitco, Great West An Old Republic Company, Old Republic Alternative Markets, Old Republic Home Warranty and Old Republic Auto Warranty respectively.
3. Implementation and Timeline
The branding overhaul will be implemented throughout 2026 across marketing materials, digital properties, signage, business correspondence and certain legal entity names, with an official launch at the RISKWORLD event in Philadelphia from May 3 to 6.
