OLMA•Gorjan Hrustanovic resigned from Olema Pharmaceuticals’ board effective October 14, 2026, and also left two committees. Prakash Raman was appointed to both committees effective October 15.

Hrustanovic notified Olema Pharmaceuticals on October 12 that he would resign from the board effective October 14. He also resigned from the Compensation Committee and Science and Technology Committee; Prakash Raman was appointed to both committees effective October 15.
