Psylinks executives to join Olenox
As part of the transaction, Psylinks executives Ford Burles and Michael McLaren-Gradinaru will join Olenox as VP of Product Development and VP of Technology, respectively.
Acquisition completed for restricted stock
Olenox Industries said it completed the acquisition of Psylinks Neurotech on July 3, 2026, taking ownership of 100% of Psylinks' outstanding shares.
The total consideration was US$500,000 paid in restricted common stock valued at US$4.8 per share. Olenox issued 104,166 shares to Psylinks shareholders.
