Oliver Wyman named Birgit Boykin chief people officer for Oliver Wyman, Marsh Management Consulting, effective Oct. 1, 2026. She has been chief people officer for the Americas since joining in 2025.

Boykin will join Oliver Wyman’s global leadership team and serve on Marsh’s people leadership team.
