OMA reports higher second-quarter profit and revenue
Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte posted 2Q26 net profit of Ps. 1.48 billion, up 10.2% year over year; operating profit rose 4.1% to Ps. 2.39 billion.
Revenue from aeronautical and non-aeronautical activities climbed 5.4% versus 2Q25, with aeronautical revenue up 3.9% on a 7.7% rise in domestic passenger charges.
Non-aeronautical revenue increased 9.8% year over year; commercial revenue per passenger rose 6.3% to Ps. 66.4.
Passenger traffic edged up 0.4% to 7,200,000, with domestic up 0.6% and international down 1.2%; 18 domestic routes and six international routes started operating.
Capital spending and major maintenance tied to development plans totaled Ps. 949 million; cash and equivalents stood at Ps. 2.58 billion at June 30, 2026.
