Omada Health posted Q2 revenue of $88 million, up 43% year over year, with GAAP net income swinging to $5 million.
GAAP gross margin rose 7 percentage points to 73%, while adjusted EBITDA turned positive at $11 million.
Total members increased 45% year over year, with trailing 12-month revenue per total member up about 2% to $284.
Partnership expansion and outlook
Omada expanded an HCSC partnership to extend prevention, weight health and hypertension programs across three states, adding access to 1.5 million covered lives.
The company raised its 2026 outlook to revenue of $334 million-$340 million and adjusted EBITDA of $21 million-$27 million.
CEO Sean Duffy is set to become executive chair on Jan. 1, 2027, with Wei-Li Shao slated to take over as CEO.
