Omada Health’s Q1 revenue rose 42% year-over-year to $78 million, members climbed 51% to 1.02 million, and adjusted EBITDA turned positive at $1 million. The company joined Eli Lilly’s Employer Connect program to offer its GLP-1 Care Track directly to employers with transparent net cost and defined contributions.
1. Strong First Quarter Results
Omada Health delivered $78 million in revenue for Q1, marking a 42% increase year over year. Total members reached 1.02 million, up 51%, while gross margin expanded to 62% and adjusted EBITDA flipped to a $1 million gain. Net loss narrowed to $3 million from $9 million a year ago, and cash reserves stood at $212 million at quarter end.
2. Expansion into Employer Connect Program
The company will serve as an independent program administrator in Eli Lilly’s Employer Connect initiative, offering its GLP-1 Care Track—including clinical evaluation, prescribing, and medication management—directly to employers. This new direct-to-employer channel complements existing PBM and cash-pay pathways, provides transparent net costs for Zepbound®, and enables defined employer contribution levels for obesity medications.
