Omnicell Q3 profit rises on connected device demand
OMCL•Omnicell reported Q3 revenue of $308 million, down 1% year over year, while adjusted net income and adjusted EBITDA rose. It raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDA and EPS guidance and narrowed its revenue outlook.

Omnicell said demand for its connected device portfolio, favorable product and service margins, and disciplined cost management supported its Q3 results. Revenue declined 1% year over year to $308 million; adjusted net income was $27 million, net income was $11 million, and adjusted EBITDA was $45 million.
2. 2026 outlook
The company raised its full-year 2026 non-GAAP EBITDA guidance to $187 million-$193 million and non-GAAP EPS outlook to $2.48-$2.56. It narrowed its revenue guidance to $1.225 billion-$1.231 billion.
