Onar names Kelly Anderson interim CFO, Howard Palefsky to chair Audit Committee
ONAR•Onar named Kelly Anderson interim CFO effective Oct. 1 to lead Advertise Purple financial integration and Nasdaq listing preparation, while director Howard D. Palefsky took over as Audit Committee chair.

Anderson, who has more than 25 years of senior finance experience and has overseen more than 400 acquisitions, stepped down from the board and as Audit Committee chair. She was previously CFO at T3 Motion and Mavenlink, chief accounting officer at Fisker Automotive, and founded CXO Executive Solutions.
