Onar posted Q2 revenue of $1.05 million, more than doubled from a year earlier, while net loss narrowed 20% to $1.12 million.
Operating loss narrowed 72% to $275,823, while gross profit turned positive at $43,014 from a year-ago gross loss.
Interest expense, liquidity and subsequent events
Interest expense climbed 376% to $831,797, reflecting interest costs and amortization of debt discount tied to 2025–2026 borrowings.
Deferred revenue rose to $405,014, while cash was $39,949 at June 30 with an $11.5 million working capital deficit.
Subsequent events included restructuring about $2.1 million of matured or accelerated obligations into payment plans through 2030; ONAR Labs began billing Cortex subscriptions at $1,000 per client per month.
