Onconetix extends Realbotix deal deadline to March 31, 2027
ONCO•Onconetix amended its share exchange agreement involving Realbotix and extended the transaction’s end date to March 31, 2027. If net cash is below $12.5 million and the deal closes, Simulacra will own 95% of the buyer’s fully diluted shares.

Onconetix amended its February 11, 2026, share exchange agreement involving Realbotix on November 4, 2026, and extended the transaction’s end date to March 31, 2027. If net cash is below $12.5 million and closing proceeds, Simulacra will own 95% of the buyer’s fully diluted shares; net cash includes cash, cash equivalents, and principal and accrued interest under the September 11, 2026, Grid Promissory Note.
