Oncor placed in service its portion of the 165-mile Delaware Basin Stage 2 double-circuit 345 kV transmission line in June.
The project is part of a broader buildout to relieve urgent electricity import constraints into far west Texas.
ERCOT-endorsed transmission upgrades across southern Dallas-Fort Worth and the I-35 corridor imply over $7 billion of investment during 2026-2034.
