ONDS•Ondas signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of German airframe maker Stemme for cash. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027 and supports plans for US production of 10 ULTRA aircraft per month by 2028.
Ondas signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of Stemme, the German manufacturer of ULTRA aircraft airframes, for cash. Closing is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
The acquisition would support expanded US manufacturing, with production targeted at 10 ULTRA aircraft per month by 2028. Plans include 345,000 square feet of US production space; Stemme's German facilities currently operate at approximately 25% capacity.
