Ondas Incorporated Raises Price Target to $18, Acquires Rotron Aero for Drone Expansion
Stifel analyst Jonathan Siegmann raised Ondas’ price target from $17 to $18 following its virtual investor day showcasing its Autonomous Systems portfolio and acquisitive strategy. On February 2, the company agreed to acquire UK-based Rotron Aero, funding the deal with cash and stock to expand long-range military drone capabilities.

On January 21, Stifel analyst Jonathan Siegmann lifted the price target from $17 to $18 and reiterated a Buy rating after Ondas highlighted its Autonomous Systems portfolio at a virtual investor day.
2. Rotron Aero Acquisition
On February 2, Ondas agreed to acquire UK-based Rotron Aero, funding the transaction with a mix of cash and stock to extend its long-range and scalable military drone capabilities, subject to regulatory approval.
3. Strategic Autonomous Systems Portfolio
The deal complements Ondas’ two segments—Ondas Networks and Ondas Autonomous Systems—which offer FullMAX, Optimus, Insightful and Raider platforms for mission-critical wireless networks and unmanned aerial operations.
