Ondas reported Q4 revenue of $30.1 million and full-year 2025 revenue of $50.7 million, both hitting the high end of guidance and reflecting 605% year-over-year growth. The company raised its 2026 revenue target to at least $375 million, underpinned by $594.4 million in year-end cash and $960 million raised in January.

Ondas generated $30.1 million in Q4 revenue and $50.7 million for full-year 2025, meeting the top end of its pre-announced range and delivering 605% year-over-year growth. Autonomous Systems contributed $49.7 million of the total, marking an 840% increase over 2024.
2. Elevated 2026 Guidance and Cash Position
The company set a 2026 revenue goal of at least $375 million and Q1 guidance of $38–40 million, implying 640% and 820% annual growth, respectively. Ondas closed 2025 with $594.4 million in cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash and secured $960 million net proceeds in January, providing over $1.5 billion in pro forma liquidity.
3. Expanding Backlog and Strategic Acquisitions
Backlog for Ondas Autonomous Systems jumped to $68.3 million from $20.3 million in the prior quarter, driven by new customer wins in defense, homeland security and critical infrastructure. The Core + Strategic Growth Program advanced through targeted acquisitions spanning aerial ISR, counter-UAS, ground robotics and AI-enabled command and control.
4. Partnerships and Global Manufacturing Footprint
Ondas deepened its technology ecosystem with partnerships including Palantir for AI-driven multi-domain sensing and World View for high-altitude intelligence. The ONBERG joint venture with Heidelberg establishes a European manufacturing and engineering base to support regional defense and security requirements.
