Over the past year, Ondas Holdings has transformed from a speculative research entity into a fully capitalized defense contractor. The company’s shares have surged more than 500% over the last 12 months, driven by successful completion of several prototype programs and the establishment of long-term service agreements. Management reports that cash and marketable securities now exceed $150 million, providing the balance sheet strength to support expanded production and deployment of autonomous systems.

2. Airobotics Subsidiary Secures Major Asia-Pacific Defense Contract

On February 3, Ondas announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Airobotics, has been awarded a multi-year contract by a governmental defense customer in the Asia-Pacific region. The agreement covers deployment of autonomous unmanned aerial systems for national security missions, including perimeter surveillance, infrastructure protection, and rapid-response reconnaissance.
