OneMedNet signs seven-figure multiyear real-world data licensing deal
ONMD•OneMedNet signed a seven-figure multiyear deal to supply de-identified longitudinal clinical data through its iRWD platform. The agreement includes recurring revenue from downstream sublicenses and an option to expand data volume.
1. Deal terms
The customer will use the data to train AI clinical models and sell a derivative dataset linking molecular data with OneMedNet imaging. OneMedNet will receive recurring sublicensing revenue for each downstream end-customer license, in addition to the initial license fee.
