Q2 revenue was USD 60.5 million; subscription revenue rose 11% to USD 47 million; adjusted EBITDA was USD 16.9 million; ARR was USD 189.7 million; and NRR was 103%.
The company launched the DigipassONE authentication platform, combining Nok Nok and Build38 with existing capabilities, and management said it should help lift cross-sell into the bank customer base.
Digital Agreements revenue increased 25.2% to USD 19.5 million on overages, and CFO Jorge Martell said the overages were concentrated in a couple of customers and are viewed as a leading indicator for expansion.
OneSpan raised its full-year outlook to revenue of USD 248-252 million, software and services revenue of USD 202-204 million, hardware revenue of USD 46-48 million, and adjusted EBITDA of USD 67-71 million.
