OneSpaWorld reported Q4 revenue of $242.1 million, an 11% increase from the prior-year period, driven by fleet expansion, a 2% rise in revenue days and a 1% increase in average guest spend. Net income reached $12.1 million ($0.12 per diluted share) and adjusted EBITDA rose to $31.2 million.
2. MedSpa Expansion
MedSpa services were available on 153 ships at year-end, up from 147 a year earlier, with plans to reach 157 ships by the end of 2026. The company introduced health centers on two new ship builds and expects six more builds in 2026, including three sailing in the first half.

AI initiatives include a machine learning engine for revenue optimization and a dynamic pricing model targeting pre-booking on 94% of vessels. An onboard virtual assistant now handles 80% of queries within seconds across 180 ships, cutting help desk hours and boosting operational efficiency.
