OneWater Marine misses Q3 estimates as divestiture impact weighs

OneWater Marine said it sees full-year 2026 revenue between $1.75 billion and $1.80 billion.
The company expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA of $68 million to $78 million and adjusted diluted EPS between $0.35 and $0.55.
What drove the quarter
- OBCI divestiture - The company said revenue and service, parts and other sales declined primarily due to the impact of the Ocean Bio-Chem divestiture.
- Strategic brand exits - New boat revenue fell due to lower unit volumes, primarily attributable to strategic brand exits completed during the prior year.
- Margin expansion - Gross profit margin increased 70 basis points to 24.0%, driven by favorable product mix and execution of strategic priorities to enhance boat gross profit.
Q3 results miss estimates
U.S. marine retailer OneWater Marine said fiscal third-quarter revenue fell 4%, missing analyst expectations, and adjusted earnings per share for the quarter also missed analyst expectations.
The company said revenue declined because of the Ocean Bio-Chem divestiture and strategic brand exits.
