Onfolio ends Paramount Helium deal talks, terminates LOI

Onfolio terminated its binding LOI with Paramount Helium for a strategic combination aimed at entering the global industrial gas market.

Closing conditions were unlikely to be met, including due diligence completion, Paramount’s capital raise, and delivery of audited financials.

Both parties agreed to end talks and pursue alternative business plans.
