ONFO•Onfolio Holdings shareholders authorized the board to implement one or more reverse stock splits at ratios up to 1-for-250 at a November 5, 2026 special meeting.
1. Split authorization approved
Shareholders authorized the board to amend the certificate of incorporation to implement one or more reverse stock splits at ratios up to 1-for-250. They also approved adjournments, if needed, to solicit additional proxies if votes were insufficient to pass the proposal.
