Onity Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $13 million; revenue rises 15% to $283 million vs Q2 FY25

Revenue rose 15% from Q2 2025 to $283 million; adjusted revenue climbed 24% to $281 million.
Servicing and originations metrics
Total servicing additions were $42 billion, with originations topping $15 billion, while ending servicing UPB increased 10% to $341 billion.
Profitability and adjusted pre-tax income
Adjusted pre-tax income was $14 million, translating to an annualized adjusted ROE of 9%.
The net loss included $9 million in pre-tax costs tied to a reverse asset sale and legacy subservicing transfer, plus $24 million of pre-tax unfavorable asset fair value changes.
