OKUR•OnKure Therapeutics’ third-quarter 2026 net loss widened 21% year over year to $17.85 million. Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaled $163.3 million at September 30, with a runway expected into 2029.

Research and development expenses rose 26% to $15.06 million, driven by higher outsourced preclinical research and development, manufacturing and consulting costs.
2. Pipeline and registry
OnKure plans first-half 2027 FDA investigational new drug submissions for OKI-345 in breast cancer and OKI-355 in vascular anomalies. The company is initiating PANORAMA, a multiregional observational registry studying the natural disease course of vascular anomalies and treatment patterns.
