HOUSTON, July 24 (Reuters) - Only one out of 20 refineries in the path of Tropical Storm Bertha had operations affected by the cyclone's passage, according to sources familiar with plant operations and notice filed with Louisiana and Texas regulators.
Phillips 66 PSX.N said on Friday that unit 35 of its 277,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Sweeny, Texas refinery malfunctioned because lightning strike as the remnants of Bertha passed southwest of Houston on Thursday night.
