Electra hosted Ontario Economic Development Minister Vic Fedeli at its Temiskaming Shores, Ontario cobalt sulfate refinery on Aug. 25, 2026.
Funding agreement supports construction
The visit followed a finalized C$17.5 million funding agreement with Invest Ontario to support construction of the refinery.
