Adjusted EBITDA margin rose to 17.7% from 15.0%, with the company citing growth in consulting and water treatment services, improved project execution, favorable business mix, operating efficiencies and lower corporate costs.
2. Guidance and outlook
Onterris reiterated its full-year 2026 guidance, targeting at least 150 basis points of margin expansion and expecting to convert 60% of 2026 Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA into operating cash flow. It anticipates fourth-quarter operating cash flow of $30 million to $40 million and completed three small acquisitions in the second half of 2026.
