OpenAI expands partnership with Atlassian to deploy GPT-6 models across enterprise platform
TEAM•OpenAI expanded its partnership with Atlassian to deploy GPT-6 family models across Atlassian’s platform, including its Rovo product. Atlassian also gained broader access to OpenAI’s latest models, including GPT-6 Astra and the GPT-5.6 series.
1. Expanded AI integration
The expanded agreement brings OpenAI models to Atlassian’s Rovo, which uses the Teamwork Graph to ground outputs in company context. The companies’ collaboration began in 2023, and OpenAI will continue using Jira for key internal workflows as they deepen product integration.
