Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, climbed 19% to $103.2 million.
GMV jumped 41% to about $10.5 billion; marketplace commercial vehicles sold rose 39% year over year.
Marketplace dealer vehicles sold grew 13% year over year, driven by 31% growth in U.S. dealer vehicles sold.
Outlook and management commentary
Openlane raised its 2026 non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA outlook to $385 million-$400 million.
The CEO cited an off-lease inflection and said additional investments are planned.
