Holdings in the TGS Revocable Trust rose to 615,883 shares following the transaction.
Schwartz also reported beneficial ownership of 301,710 shares directly, 24.66 million shares via TGS Capital Group, LP, 1.95 million via TGS MCS Capital Group LP.
