Company to restate FY2025 statements

Sept. 22 (Reuters) - Optimum Communications Inc. said it will restate its FY2025 annual and quarterly financial statements, according to an SEC filing.

The company said the restatements are expected to reduce net losses by $430 million and $720 million for the stated periods, according to the filing.
Optimum Communications expects to report a material weakness in internal control over financial reporting, the filing said.
