Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to Deploy Hundreds of Thousands of Nvidia Vera CPUs in 2026

ORCLORCL

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure will roll out hundreds of thousands of Nvidia Vera CPU systems in 2026 as the first hyperscale cloud provider to deploy the new platform. The company is also leveraging Google Cloud partnerships, AI database tools and a global data center buildout to drive long-term revenue growth.

1. Vera CPU Deployment at OCI

Nvidia has delivered its Vera CPU systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, making Oracle the first hyperscale cloud provider to deploy the platform. OCI plans to roll out hundreds of thousands of these CPUs beginning in 2026 as part of a co-designed stack that includes Rubin GPUs, BlueField DPUs, Spectrum-X switches and MGX rack architecture.

2. AI Infrastructure Partnerships and Strategy

Oracle is expanding its AI infrastructure offerings through a partnership with Google Cloud and the development of native AI database tools. The company is also investing in a global data center buildout to support large-scale AI workloads and attract enterprise clients.

3. Financial Outlook and Risks

Heavy spending on AI hardware and data centers may pressure margins until deployments drive material revenue. Investors are watching whether increased capital expenditure translates into stronger earnings, free cash flow and market share gains in a competitive cloud landscape.
