According to ISG’s 2025 Provider Lens report, more than 65 percent of surveyed large European corporations have standardized on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for AI and data-intensive workloads, citing a 32 percent improvement in query performance over competing clouds. Enterprises in regulated industries—financial services, healthcare and utilities—are leveraging Oracle’s built-in AI agents within Fusion Applications to automate 48 percent of routine service-desk tickets, up from 22 percent a year earlier. The report also highlights that 54 percent of organizations now run Oracle databases across multiple cloud providers, preserving existing license investments while scaling AI workloads. In response, 78 percent of Oracle’s partner ecosystem in Europe has launched specialized AI solutions—ranging from rebate-management agents for consumer goods to regulatory-compliance agents for banks—delivered via Oracle’s AI Agent Marketplace. These trends underscore Oracle’s growing role as a hyperscale AI platform, with OCI bookings in EMEA up 41 percent year-over-year in Q4 2025.
