Oracle Q3 FY26 Cloud Revenue Soars 44% to $8.9 Billion
Oracle’s Q3 FY26 net income available to common shareholders rose 27% to $3.7 billion, with non-GAAP profit up 23% to $5.2 billion and EPS climbing to $1.79. Quarterly revenue hit $17.2 billion, driven by 44% growth in cloud services to $8.9 billion and an 84% surge in OCI.
1. Robust Profit Growth
Oracle’s third quarter net income available to common shareholders jumped 27% to $3.7 billion, while non-GAAP net income climbed 23% to $5.2 billion. Basic EPS rose to $1.29 and non-GAAP EPS increased to $1.79, marking more than 20% year-on-year growth.
2. Revenue Breakdown
Total revenue reached $17.2 billion, up 22% in US dollars and 18% in constant currency, reflecting strength across cloud, software and services. Software license revenue grew 3% to $6.1 billion, while hardware and services gained 2% and 12% to $714 million and $1.44 billion respectively.
3. Cloud Segment Performance
Cloud revenue of $8.9 billion rose 44%, with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure leading at $4.9 billion (84% growth) and cloud applications delivering $4.0 billion (13% growth). Fusion Cloud ERP and NetSuite each contributed $1.1 billion with double-digit gains, and multicloud database services surged 531%.
4. RPO Surge and Cash Flow
Remaining Performance Obligations hit $553 billion, up 325% year-on-year and driven by large AI-related contracts. Operating cash flow for the trailing twelve months rose 13% to $23.5 billion and short-term deferred revenue stood at $9.9 billion.
