2. Fiscal 2026 Cash Flow and Capex
For full fiscal 2026, revenue reached $67.4 billion, a 17% increase, and operating cash flow rose 54% to $32 billion. Capital expenditures jumped to $55.7 billion from $21.2 billion, driving free cash flow to a negative $23.7 billion due to heavy investment in infrastructure.
3. AI Data Center Funding Plan
Oracle announced plans to raise approximately $40 billion in new debt and equity for its AI data center buildout, building on $43 billion in debt and $5 billion in equity already issued.
