Oracle Reaffirms $67B FY26 Guidance as RPO Diversifies with Meta, Nvidia After 40% Pullback

ORCLORCL

Oracle’s $523 billion remaining performance obligations have diversified with new Meta and Nvidia contracts, and the company reaffirmed FY26 revenue guidance at $67 billion. Following a 40% share pullback, analysts anticipate an additional $4 billion in revenue for FY27 driven by backlog growth and continued AI and cloud demand.

1. Multicloud AI Database Usage Surges

Oracle reported an 817% year-over-year increase in multicloud database consumption in its most recent quarter, driven by enterprise adoption of its Autonomous Database across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud environments. The company’s new multicloud consumption programs, launched in early FY2026, have enrolled over 1,200 customers to date, with average deal sizes up 45% compared with prior single-cloud agreements. Revenue from multicloud database services now represents approximately 12% of Oracle’s total cloud services and license support revenues, underscoring the strategic importance of cross-cloud flexibility to corporate IT roadmaps.

2. Strategic Investments Strengthen Brazil Footprint

Oracle continues to deepen its presence in Brazil, where it has opened two Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data centers—in São Paulo and Vinhedo—and, in 2025, inaugurated an Oracle Innovation Lab in São Paulo. These facilities support local enterprises and academic partners in developing AI solutions, including Internet of Things services and Oracle Database@Google Cloud deployments. According to a recent Information Services Group report, Brazilian companies using Oracle technologies have moved beyond proof-of-concepts to production AI deployments within 12 months, driving productivity gains of up to 30% and reducing decision-making cycle times by 25%. Local ecosystem leaders such as Accenture, Deloitte and Wipro have been named as ISG quadrant Leaders across professional and managed services, reflecting Oracle’s growing partner network in the region.
