Oracle says Project Lighthouse to draw over 50% carbon-free power, shields Wisconsin ratepayers from costs

Oracle stated the Wisconsin Public Service Commission’s VLC Tariff order bars passing project energy costs to other customers.
The company projected $11 billion in economic impact, more than 4,000 construction jobs over three years, and 1,000 ongoing roles in Port Washington.
Project Lighthouse campus plan and energy commitments
Oracle outlined an ESG-focused plan for its Project Lighthouse campus in Wisconsin, including a commitment to pay 100% of its energy costs.
More than 50% of power capacity is slated to come from carbon-free sources such as wind, solar, batteries. Remaining electricity use will be matched with renewable energy purchases, prioritizing Wisconsin-based projects.
