Oracle shares tumble 50% while co-leading TikTok US JV
Oracle’s shares have plunged nearly 50% from October highs, shrinking its market capitalization from $935 billion to $511 billion over the past months. The company co-led a consortium—including Silver Lake and MGX—to acquire TikTok US in a joint venture aimed at keeping the platform operational under American ownership.
