Ishan Technologies has selected Oracle Communications’ Cloud Scale Monetization and Unified Operations to modernize charging, billing, and service fulfillment across its 100,000+ km fiber network. The end-to-end digital transformation will automate order orchestration, improve billing accuracy, and accelerate time-to-market for new digital services in its AI-enabled infrastructure expansion.

Ishan Technologies, a leading pan-India ICT services provider, has partnered with Oracle Communications to overhaul its charging, billing, and service delivery capabilities. The initiative aims to support Ishan’s shift from traditional telecom services to an AI-enabled, digital-first infrastructure platform.

2. Deployed Solutions and Features

The program includes deployment of Oracle Cloud Scale Monetization and Unified Operations to enable flexible pricing, automated order orchestration, inventory management, and service fulfillment. These solutions leverage TM Forum APIs for integrated charging, payment, and collections across digital channels.

3. Expected Operational Benefits

Automated orchestration and machine-learning-driven root cause analysis will speed service provisioning and revenue recognition while reducing custom development needs. Ishan anticipates enhanced billing accuracy, faster launch cycles for new offerings, and improved network resource visibility.
