Oracle Unveils 12 Supply Chain and 16 CX AI Agents to Boost Efficiency

Oracle introduced 12 AI agents in Fusion Cloud SCM—covering planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics—to automate end-to-end supply chain workflows. It also launched 16 role-based AI agents in Fusion Cloud CX for marketing, sales and service—such as program planning, quote generation and self-service—to enhance efficiency and drive growth.

1. Supply Chain AI Agents

Oracle introduced twelve AI agents within Fusion Cloud SCM covering planning, procurement, manufacturing, maintenance, inventory and logistics to automate end-to-end workflows and boost operational performance.

2. Customer Experience AI Agents

It launched sixteen role-based AI agents in Fusion Cloud CX spanning marketing, sales and service functions—such as program planning, quote generation and Customer Self Service—to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.

3. Platform Integration and Availability

Built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure at no additional cost, these agents are embedded within existing Fusion workflows, and customers can use AI Agent Studio to build, test and deploy customized agents across the enterprise.
