- Oracle now expects fiscal 2027 adjusted earnings per share of $8.10, compared with its prior forecast of $8.05 per share.
- It posted first-quarter revenue of $19.3 billion, versus analysts' average estimate of $19.14 billion, according to LSEG data.
- The stock is down 21.5% year to date.
