Oramed Pharmaceuticals announces annual shareholder meeting

Shareholders will vote on electing six directors, including Nadav Kidron, Miriam Kidron, Arie Mayer, Yehuda Reznick, Benjamin Shapiro and Daniel Aghion.
They will also vote on ratifying Kesselman & Kesselman as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.

Oramed will hold its 2026 annual stockholders meeting in Jerusalem on Sept. 15, 2026.
Equity plan and governance proposals
The ballot includes a plan to raise the 2019 long-term incentive plan share pool by 3,000,000 to 12,500,000 shares.
Additional items include advisory votes on executive pay, the frequency of future pay votes, and a proposal to adjourn the meeting if needed.
